Untangling What’s Yours & What’s Theirs
For women who love their partner but feel like they’ve lost their rhythm - and want to understand what’s really going on before it becomes something bigger
It’s not about blame. It’s about clarity
At first, things were fine.
Then the kids came, and suddenly there was more to juggle, more to negotiate, more to quietly hold in.
Some days it feels like you’ve lost your rhythm, like you’re stuck between wanting things to feel easier and wondering if this is just how it is now.
You still love each other, but connection takes more effort than it used to. You’re not ready to give up – you just want to understand what’s shifted and how to bring back what feels good again.
“Why is it always me?”
Maybe you’re even feeling resentful that it’s you here…again.
You’re the one googling, researching, signing up, trying to “fix things.”
It feels unfair. And heavy.
And you’re right, it shouldn’t all be on you.
This program isn’t about adding more to your list.
It’s about lightening the load by helping you see clearly what’s yours, what’s not, and what you actually want next.
This is for you if…
- You are worried the bad days will take over the good in your marriage.
- Conversations about the relationship end in silence, anger, or short-term fixes.
- Arguments circle around the same themes… mental load, finances, discipline, communication.
- You’ve thought more than once: “Would I be happier if I left?”
- You just want to laugh together again! Feel safe, loved and understood.
You’ll learn how to...
- Understand the real roots of resentment and why it quietly builds for years.
- Recognise your own patterns (and your partner’s) so you don’t keep looping.
- Communicate in ways that don’t shut down or blow up.
- Manage your triggers without nagging, snapping, or withdrawing.
- Decide what’s next … with confidence, not crisis.
This isn’t about ignoring the problems or pretending things are fine. It’s about understanding the patterns that keep you stuck, the ones you may have learned or witnessed growing up, and finding new ways forward that bring relief, clarity, and calm. Because you can’t change what you don’t understand... and once you do, you can choose something different for yourself, and for those little eyes watching you
Nice to meet you!
Hi, I’m Laura – therapist, coach, and founder of LB Therapy.
I’ve worked with hundreds of women who found themselves at this very point: holding a marriage together while feeling like they were falling apart.
I believe in protecting the family unit wherever possible, but I also know the weight of thought and fear of a marriage being hard work can’t be ignored.
This program gives you the tools, space, and clarity to figure out what’s yours, what’s not, and how to get back to the marriage you had.
How It Works
5 Live Weekly Sessions
Live sessions with replays so you don’t have to worry about missing one.
Private Community
No pressure to share how you feel, but a safe space if you want to.
Practical Support
When I asked women about their marriages, here’s what they said:
- “We don’t talk about it.”
- “We agree a solution but it only lasts a short time.”
- “Neither of us are bothered anymore, so we don’t try.”
“One of us gets angry and it shuts the conversation down.”
“I feel like I’m carrying the whole load and it’s never-ending.”
And when I asked what they wanted instead, they said:
- “To feel loved and secure.”
- “To feel safe, equal, and understood.”
- “To feel cared for and respected.”
“To feel supported – like we’re in it together, not me on my own.”
“To feel in love again, not just like housemates.”
This program was built around those exact words.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. This isn’t group therapy. You’re welcome to share if you want to, but there’s no expectation. The teaching and tools will give you plenty to reflect on privately.
Every session will be recorded, so you can catch up at a time that works for you. Many women like to rewatch anyway, so you won’t miss out. For planning, we start on Friday 7th and run through to Friday 5th December to avoid the crazy season!
Not at all. This isn’t about making your partner the enemy. It’s about clarity …figuring out what’s yours, what’s not, and what you want next.
No. This course is designed for women only. Many women told me they wanted space to reflect without needing their partner to be involved, but that doesn’t mean you can’t use the information you learn to start conversations and in my mind there is perhaps a benefit to offering a joint session after this program is complete – but we will work that out as we go together!
If you’re worried about abuse, this program isn’t the right support, and you deserve safety first. If this applies to you, I recommend seeking 1:1 help or specialist support.
If you are in immediate danger, please call 999.
For confidential advice and support, you can call the National Domestic Abuse Helpline on 0808 2000 247 (open 24/7, free of charge).
Each live session is one hour. The reflections are light and designed to fit into your week without overwhelm. You’ll also have the private community, but you can engage there as much or as little as feels right.
That’s such a common feeling - especially when you’re already carrying the load at home and might even feel resentful that it’s you investing in this.
Staying stuck has a cost too.
The constant arguments, the silence, the resentment - they drain your energy, your health, and your hope.
This program is designed to give you clarity and tools that can change the way you move forward in your marriage, whether that’s rebuilding connection or making decisions from a calmer place.
And you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll have live support, practical tools, and a private community walking beside you each step of the way.
However, that being said, if the cost of this program puts you in any financial harm – then please don’t feel any pressure to join.
Not quite what you need right now?
If you’d prefer to work through things at your own pace, you might find my online self-study course a better fit. It will give you tools to get started with that you can dip in and out of whenever it works best for you.
