I was fortunate enough to to have one-to-one sessions with Laura while I was pregnant with my daughter. I can’t put into words how beneficial these sessions were for me and my daughter too. Laura helped me to overcome a lot of anxiety during my pregnancy, be kind to myself and recognise the strengths I had all along but was struggling to see. She provided the safest, most compassionate space for us to talk about whatever I needed and I’ll definitely be checking in with her in the future as and when!
